Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Manage resources, budgets, and project schedules effectively.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and present project status to management.

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing software or digital projects.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
